It is equipped with high quality MIKUNI carburetor that provides optimum performance.
The advanced ABS brake system is hydraulic disc front and rear brakes providing the perfect amount of stopping power to the front and rear wheels.

This unit is shipped to you in special packaging and is pre-tested at the factory. This unit EPA / DOT/CARB Approved Street Legal.

This model comes to 95% Fully Assembled: Hook up your rear mirrors, and connect your battery and you are ready to go. Plenty of power and room for two, with integrated passenger footrest.

Free Registration documentation: 

We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.

Some Assembly required: 

Usually takes about 30 minutes. The Bike are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Battery and the rear mirror are removed after testing. Item will be shipped in a crate, to assemble, put the above items back on. Be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions. Please remember that by purchasing a moped online, you are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as checking the tires, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Although we do provide some very good information and assembly manuals; occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. Since you are skipping a dealer and saving over half the price of a usual retail customer, you will need to perform the final assembly (as stated above).
